Australian Alliance of Quality Celebrants will comply with the

information of trainees / employees.
1. Collection - Australian Alliance of Quality Celebrants will

functions. The individual will be told the purposes for which
the information is collected.
2. Use and disclosure - Personal information will not be used or
disclosed for a secondary purpose unless the individual has
consented or a prescribed exception applies.
3. Data quality - Australian Alliance of Quality Celebrants will
take all reasonable steps to make sure that the personal
information it collects, uses or discloses is accurate, complete
and up to date.
4. Data Security - Australian Alliance of Quality Celebrants
will take all reasonable steps to protect the personal
information it holds from misuse and loss and from unauthorised
access, modification or disclosure.
5. Openness - Australian Alliance of Quality Celebrants will

an individual, will explain the information it holds, for what
purpose and how it collects, holds, uses and discloses the

where it is necessary to carry out its functions efficiently.
8. Anonymity -Wherever possible, Australian Alliance of Quality
Celebrants will provide the opportunity for the individuals to

apply to the transfer of personal information out of Australia.
10. Sensitive Information - Australian Alliance of Quality
Celebrants will seek the consent of the individual when
collecting sensitive information about the individual such as
health information, or information about the individual's racial
or ethnic background, or criminal record.

To use some of our services users are require to register as
Members. The information required includes email address, name
and other demographic data.
Use of Information
Our primary goal in collecting user information is to enhance
your experience on our Web site. We achieve this goal by using
the information that you provide to tailor our features and site
to the needs of our users.
Several of our services require a user to provide an email
address. The registered email address is used for this purpose.
To maintain contact with our users we will periodically send
electronic newsletters which contain content we believe would be
of interest to our members.
Most of our email based services to our members are opt-in.
Members always have the ability to suspend all email from the
Australian Alliance of Quality Celebrants site.
At times we may also send Advertising material originating from
Australian Alliance of Quality Celebrants to our members.

Australian Alliance of Quality Celebrants will not sell, rent,

Australian Alliance of Quality Celebrants may also disclose

offender to the appropriate Association/Client for any action
